+ Is there a warranty?
Each piece of jewelry is individually hand-fabricated in my studio and is of high quality. No warranty is given.
+ Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are not available online. Custom pieces are available locally in the South Central Wisconsin area.
+ What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
Each piece is designed and made by hand in my Madison, Wisconsin studio using sterling silver, fine silver, 18 K gold, and semi-precious and precious stones. I do not use gold fill, base metal, or sterling plate.
+ How do I find my ring size?
It is recommended that you go to a jeweler and be measured. If you are interested in a wide band or stacking rings, these need to be measured using a wide ring sizer. Rings are sold as is, meaning, if it does not fit, please bring to a local jeweler for resizing to get a perfect fit. And remember there is a sizing difference between the right and left fingers.
Included in my inventory are open concept rings which are sizable allowing the wearer to change fingers or open slightly if swelling occurs in the knuckle.
+ How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
Avoid wearing your fine gold and silver jewelry in hot tubs, pools, or the ocean. Do not use harsh cleaners or dip into silver cleaner. We suggest wiping your jewelry with a sunshine cloth or a silver tarnish cloth.
+ Do you make repairs?
Repairs and resizing are available only for original jewelry made in my studio. However, in some cases, I may suggest outsourcing the repair, since I am not trained as a bench jeweler.
Repairs are sometimes necessary from normal wear and tear. To initiate a quote, please email a photo of your piece and a description of the issue.
Replacement of some items, like earrings, is possible. It will depend on the style of earring since my work is one-of-a-kind and not mass-produced.
Chains included with the pendants are not repairable as they are purchased from a third party.
